Position – Project Manager (f/m/d) in the IT environment

We are looking for a committed Project Manager who will plan, coordinate, and successfully complete our IT projects in a structured manner.
You will be responsible for organization, stakeholder management, and the implementation of digital solutions.

Location: Kiel (hybrid possible: office & remote)

Your tasks

Planning, managing, and implementing IT projects
Defining project goals, milestones, and requirements
Coordination between developers, designers, and stakeholders
Monitoring of project progress and resources
Risk management and proactive problem solving
Creation of status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Support in the introduction of project management methods and tools

Your profile

Experience in project management, ideally in an IT environment
Knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with project management tools
Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Very good communication skills in German and English

Nice to have

Experience with software development projects
Knowledge of web and mobile technologies
Certifications in project management
